Highend Quality Canvas and Marine Canvas Grill Covers

I just wanted to let you know we went through a brutal snowy winter and a spring with heavy rain storms here in New Jersey. When I opened the grill this week, it was clean and dry and ignited without any problem. Except for a little soiling from the weather, the Superior Marine Canvas was in perfect condition too. I am very pleased with the product and the service that CapCover.com provided to me and will buy again.

We make grill covers for all major barbeque grill brands. IMPORTANT: We do not use Fleece lined Plastic, Acrylic or Vinyl materials!

The problem with many synthetic fiber materials like plastic, acrylics, and various PVC and other coated materials is when these types of materials sit on a metal grill top due to prolonged exposure to the sun the molecular structure of the material degrades very quickly.

Many manufacturers of imported synthetic fabrics and their resellers will not offer an honest guarantee or at most will offer a very conditional and questionable guarantee when offering these types of synthetic materials.

Also, research has found that lighter color outdoor breathable canvas covers are better! Our light color covers do not excessively absorb and hold heat and thereby super-heating the cover material which accelerates a breakdown of the material integrity.

The environmentally responsible choice. We offer Long Lasting American-made Quality. Our Goldish/Tan barbeque grill cover material comes with a 5 year guarantee and our Superior Marine Canvas barbeque grill cover material come with a 10 Year Guarantee.

Our full length Superior Marine Canvas barbeque grill covers are constructed of a high-end, heavy duty durable and long lasting natural cotton canvas fiber with a smooth finish and highly mildew resistant material.

Our high end, high quality barbeque grill cover materials allow your barbeque grill cover to breathe so rust and corrosion is not accelerated due to locking in moisture as with acrylic, plastic fleece lined or material type covers or vinyl coated which freeze and crack and just don't last long.

We never use Acrylic or Vinyl materials or other coated cover materials which do not stand up to harsh winter or high heat exposure to the sun. Some companies that add flaps or air holes or making short covers do this as a futile attempt to overcome condensation and proper air circulation problems of grill covers made of acrylics, vinyls and other synthetic coated breathable materials.

Our barbeque grill cover materials are superior to the inexpensive poor quality covers sometimes found pre-sized and pre-packaged in retail outlets and on the Internet.

Our grill covers take into consideration a design engineer's recommendations of form and function and longevity with less seams and angles to pull and tear as will contoured covers with multiple angles and seams.

We manufacture our barbeque grill covers a little larger to allow for ease of application and any possible shrinkage over time.

For grill covers larger than 55"W X 30"D X 50"H please FAX 303.438.8776 us, email us or call us 303.438.0906 with your measurements for a fast price quote. For grill covers within this size place order below.

Covers are based on width, depth, height of the outdoor barbeque grill measurements. Each protective cover comes with a strong 1/8 inch nylon rope tie in the bottom hem of the cover which can be cinched up and will secure the bottom of the cover around your outdoor barbeque grill. Finished sizes may vary. We manufacture our barbeque grill covers a little larger to allow for ease of application any possible shrinkage over time.

  1. Thanks for the share! I have been looking at a few of these outdoor grill covers for my new grill and was wondering if I could get your input. I live in NJ and as you know we get all four seasons, so I am in real need of a cover that can withstand the elements. Out of those covers, which do you think is made out of materials that will be able to handle the rough seasons around here?
